First Friday -- 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM; Young Single Adult Dance.  Over 100 attend from all over northern California. We also have semi-formal (church dress attire) dances each year.  During the summer, we have two dances a month.  Click here to see actual dates and dress standards for these fun dances.  Bring your friends.  Refreshments provided.

Fourth Sunday -- 7:00 PM; Young Adult Fireside is held at the Chico Stake Center on the even numbered months and at the Gridley Stake Center on the odd numbered months.  For Gridley Firesides, meet at the Stake Center at 6:10 PM to carpool to Gridley. Great speakers and refreshments so bring a friend!

Other -- social and community service activities.  Call the Hotline for details.  Bring a friend for a good time.

OTHER:
Unity Conferences -- held biannually either at Chico or outdoors at a campground.  The conference usually spans a 2-day period.  Conferences provide an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen testimonies and friendships while having a great time.  Many activities, workshops, speakers, and experiences are planned.

Oakland Temple Baptisms -- held triannually.  We carpool from the Stake Center.  Everyone enjoys the baptism trips.

Pioneer Trek -- held every other year during the summer.  This is a great opportunity to go back to the pioneer days and enjoy pioneer challenges and experiences.  We divide into 8-10 family groups and each family is assigned a handcart.  We push and pull the large handcarts through the forest guided by our Trail Boss for about 20 miles over a 3-day period.  Trek activities include workshops, pioneer stories, fireside, "hoe down" dance, fixing blisters, and many surprises!  At testimony meeting, we are given a chance to share the feelings and experiences we had together.  You don't want to miss Trek, the final frontier!

Service Projects -- planned monthly.  Call the ward Hotline for details and information.

Social Activities -- planned monthly.  Call the ward Hotline for details and information.
