There are many ways to contact a librarian -- just select the method that works best for you!


	Ask a Librarian E-mail Send us your questions by e-mail. You will receive a response within two business days, but generally sooner. A service for CSU, Chico students, faculty and staff.

	Ask a Librarian Chat Librarians are available anytime to help you with your research needs. This service is staffed by librarians across the United States, as well as librarians at CSU Chico. Service available: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. A service for CSU, Chico students, faculty and staff. Service available: Anytime!

	Ask a Librarian In-person If you are on campus, or can come to campus, feel free to speak to the librarians at the second floor reference desk. They are friendly knowledgeable people who are waiting to help you with your research. Service available: Hours vary.
