Reasons to Ask A Librarian
  • Finding information in today's increasingly complex and technological environment can be difficult. Using the ChicoRIO tutorial is a great way to become familiar with the basics of the Meriam Library and the ReSEARCH Station, but you will still have questions. That's where the librarians come in!

  • Librarians are available to help you with all your research questions, from the simple to the complex. Librarians have earned Master's degrees in Library and Information Science and are skilled at helping people find the information they need.
How to Contact a Librarian

To get to information about contacting a librarian from the ReSEARCH Station main page, simply select the Help / Ask A Librarian link.

As you can see from the screenshot below, there are a variety of ways in which you can communicate with a librarian, including in-person, via telephone, using e-mail, and even using instant messaging (chat)!
