The Library Education Room may not be scheduled for meetings, classes, or events for departments outside of Information Resources. Exceptions can be made on a one-time basis with the approval of the Library Instruction Program Coordinator.
The Library Education Room may not be scheduled for meetings, classes, or events by students. Exceptions can be made on a one-time basis with the approval of the Library Instruction Program Coordinator.
Users outside of Information Resources may use equipment in the Library Education Room only with the express approval of either the Library Instruction Program Coordinator, the Director of Library Services, or a designee. Under no circumstances may the demonstration computers programming or software be altered by anyone without the consent of the Library Systems Office.
Use of the Library Education Room is directed by the Library Instruction Program Coordinator or designee. The Library Systems Office maintains the audiovisual and computing hardware.

Users of the LER should leave the room in an orderly condition. This includes turning off the computers and the projector, seeing that tables and chairs are returned to their original positions, returning books and indexes to their proper location, erasing the white board, picking up extra handouts, turning off the lights, and locking the door.
