Tray Robinson

Hello, my name is Travon (Tray) Robinson. I was born in Los Angeles, but raised in Compton California. I came to Chico in the fall of 1989 and received my undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies/Bilingual in the fall of 1995 and will complete my MA in Interdisciplinary Studies in the spring of 2010. In addition to teaching MCGS 155, I also serve as the Director of University Diversity Programs.

My passion is working with students. I want to give them the positive experience and support that was given to me when I was a student. Music is my other passion. I love to listen to it, play it, and write it. I play saxophone and am currently learning how to play guitar. My hobbies include reading, writing poems, watching movies, playing sports, cycling, worshiping the lord, and enjoying the company of my partner, family and friends.
