Student Organizations Affiliated With MEP

	Latinos in Technical Careers (LTC) is the CSU, Chico student chapter of the national organization the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). LTC focuses on professional development, networking, and academic progress. We provide professional and academic workshops, national and regional conferences, and social activities for our members.
	The National Society of Black Engineers: NSBE's mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.

Members of these organizations travel to job fairs in cities such as Seattle, New York, and Los Angeles. They also have guest speakers from industry and plan other activities. MEP assists them with their efforts.
