Paul Villegas is the Director of the MESA Engineering Program at CSU, Chico. He is responsible for overseeing the program's direction, budget, industry, partnerships, recruitment planning, grant-writing, and staff management.
Lupe Jimenez is the Associate Director. His duties focus on the retention of students in the MESA Engineering Program, which include, academic advising, student tracking and managing the MEP tutorial program. Lupe also assists with NSBE and LTC activities.
Ben Duarte is an Outreach Coordinator for the MEP. He also is responsible for special project planning/activities. His other duties include assisting with the Technical Career Fair and various front office duties, student recruitment and selection efforts, and program database management.
