currently offering the degree-major program.
Currently, five campuses offer minors in Jewish Studies:
CSU, Chico; San Diego State; San Francisco State; San Jos™
State; and CSU, Fullerton. CSU, Long Beach and CSU, Hayward
are in the process of developing programs. (Northridge has
decided not to become involved at this time). The UC system
has minor programs at UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, and Riverside.
UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, and UCLA have
undergraduate and Ph.D. degree programs in Near Eastern Studies,
as does the University of Judaism in Los Angeles. Stanford
and USC both have undergraduate and advanced degree programs
in Jewish Studies.

SFSU has 125ˇ175 (minor, general education, and cross-listed)
students in Jewish Studies courses every semester. SDSU has
450 per semester, and CSU, Chico has 125ˇ150.
