4a. Complete Table 1. Enrollment and faculty positions should be shown for all discipline categories which will increase because of the new program and for all discipline categories which will decrease because of the new program.

Since this is a consortium degree, a combined Table 1 would not provide useful information. All three campuses are expecting only modest numbers of majors in Modern Jewish Studies (generating fewer than 10 FTES per campus) within the first five years of offering the program. With recent additions of faculty at CSU, Chico and SFSU, no additional FTEF are anticipated, although faculty from related departments will contribute to the program. Sources of student majors and contributing faculty anticipated from each campus are as follows:

CSU, Chico:
Religious Studies, Sociology, History, Political Science.

SDSU:
Religious Studies, Humanities, English, Sociology.

SFSU:
Jewish Studies minor, History, English, Social Work.
