*For space reasons the schedule is built on a morning and afternoon rotation. One group rehearses in the morning while the other group is in instrument master classes/computer lab. The groups switch in the afternoon.
**Guest Speakers/Clinicians in the past have been anyone from a CSUC Professor talking about how to "get signed", Professional Radio DJ's talking about radio play, Designer's from major amp companies, Professional Musicians talking about the touring world, or Clinicians from or Sponsors such as Remo, Gk, Zildjian etc.
***Nightly Activity can be one of many things. In the past we've: had students perform an acoustic set at local coffee houses, taken them to concerts at local venues, reserved a rec-room for some physical activity, had them perform at the local farmers market, or play a concert at CSUC. On the nights where an event is not planned students are free to stay at the dorms and watch a movie or go back to the music department to practice, rehearse with their bands, attend a jam session or work in the computer lab. All activities are supervised by our qualified faculty and staff.
