Music Scholarship Information
The Department of Music offers over $50,000 in scholarships to students in its majors, including general music, music education, music industry and technology, and recording arts. Some scholarships are awarded to non-majors with successful auditions/interviews.CSU, Chico will accept applications to the university between November 30 to December 30, 2011. For more information about how to apply to the university, please check with the Admissions Office.
How To Apply
Students must be a full-time student (12 units minimum) at the time the scholarship is awarded
- University Scholarship Application – mandatory for current students (remember to bring a verification copy to your audition/interview. No copy, no audition/interview!)
- Music Department Scholarship Application – mandatory for all scholarship applicants
- Current students will sign up for an audition/interview while new and transfer students have a few options. See the below links for further information.
