Element 6: Unit Evaluation of Professional Education Faculty Performance

Faculty at California State University (CSU), Chico are evaluated systematically according to the guidelines written in the contract between the CSU system and the California Faculty Association (CFA).  The evaluation process includes two types of faculty review: performance reviews and periodic evaluations.
