CSU System-wide Evaluation Results
The CSU System-wide Evaluation of Teacher Preparation provides the results of surveys administered to both graduates of initial credential programs completing their first year as in-service teachers and their employers on their perceptions of the quality of preparation they received. The results for each campus are provided as composite scores on groups of questions substantively related to each other. The results from the CSU System-wide Evaluation provide critical information based on the perspectives of teachers who have a year of teaching completed and can, therefore, attest to how well prepared they were by their programs to meet the challenges they have encountered in their classrooms. The survey results also include the perspectives of employers who provide an objective assessment of the teachers? preparation based on their site-based observations.
