Founders Plaza is a circular area in front of the new museum building currently under construction on the CSU, Chico campus. Two paving stone sizes are offered, and donors can personalize inscriptions on the stones.
The 8-inch by 8-inch stones can accommodate two lines of text, with 14 characters in each line. These stones are available for a $500 donation.
The 16-inch by 16-inch stones can accommodate four lines of text, with 14 characters in each line, and are available for a $1,000 donation.
“The stones are a touching way to commemorate a loved one or show your support for a community group or club,” said Greg Liggett, director, NCNHM. “All donations to the project are tax deductible as allowed by law.”
Orders for stones received by March 15 are guaranteed to be installed by the building’s completion in the summer. Orders received after that date will be installed as soon as possible after that.
Details and order forms can be found at the museum’s Web site at www.ncnhm.org.
