University’s Distinguished Alumni Discuss Success

California State University, Chico President Paul Zingg will moderate a panel discussion with the University’s 2012 distinguished alumni Friday, April 20, at 11 a.m. in the Performing Arts Center’s Rowland Taylor Recital Hall.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Polly Crabtree, associate director, Alumni and Parent Relations, at 530-898-6472.

This is the second year the panel discussion has been held. The event is an opportunity for the campus community, and particularly students, to hear how some of the University’s most successful alumni built the foundation for their professional careers at CSU, Chico.

The panel will also inform students in the audience about what they look for when hiring college graduates. The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions after the discussion.

The title of the panel discussion is “Navigating Your Road to Professional Success: How the 2012 Distinguished Alumni Honorees Made It from Here to There.”

The event precedes the University’s annual invitation-only Distinguished Alumni Dinner, which will be held Friday evening, April 20.
