Discover a series of hands-on challenges that allow visitors to test their athletic abilities while learning how their bodies work. Check out the Wheelchair Racers, measure your Vertical Leap, throw a “heater” in the radar-equipped pitching cage, put the squeeze on The Great Grip and more.

Gateway kicks off spring exhibits with Super Sports Challenges on opening day, Jan. 26. Athletes, coaches and trainers of all ages from local schools and businesses will be on hand to teach visitors how to jump like an NBA All-Star or throw a fastball like a pro, and they will even compete in these fun challenges! See how you measure up to the athletes, get some coaching tips or just test your own abilities in this 1700+-square-foot sports extravaganza. Come dressed to play in your favorite sports-related gear and receive an entry into our free prize giveaway!
