7:30 am – Poster Set-up begins
9:00 am – Posters must be set up
9:00 am – 3:00 pm – Open to the Public
2:30 pm – People’s Choice Voting closes
3:00 pm – Presentation of People’s Choice awards
3:15 pm – Poster Break-down
