Application and Programming Fees Deadline
$60 must be received with the application. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

Your application must be received by the deadline so that you may set up your portal connection.Your application must be received by the deadline so that you maybe admitted to California State University, Chico. Once you are admitted, you will be assigned a student ID (Wildcat Identity Card) to enable you to set up your portal account, which is required in order to register.
April 14, 2014 - Course selection begins (for Fall 2014).
August 4 - September 5, 2014 Add/Drop Period (You may change your class schedule during this period.)
October 20, 2014 - Course selection begins (for Spring 2015)
December 29, 2014 - January 30, 2015 Add/Drop Period (You may change your class schedule during this period.)
You (incoming student) are responsible to consult with your academic advisor at your school to make sure courses you will take at Chico are approved to be transferred to your institution. CSU, Chico cannot approve courses on behalf of your school. Please get this done before you register and come on the exchange.
You will find that some Chico courses have pre-requisites. Take the time to determine if you have fulfilled the particular pre-requisite. We will need evidence, a copy of your transcript, showing what course satisfies the pre-requisite. Please provide that evidence right away.
