We offer a variety of instructor courses throughout the year. These courses provide beginning to advanced instruction in the use of simulation technology. Our award winning simulation center is the location of our courses and provides the learner with a chance to view technology from different manufacturers as well as provides the ideal setting for hands-on training in simulation. June 2-3 Simulation Summer Splash! Feel like a duck out of water? Don't wait another year to get started with simulation. Instructors can dive into simulation methodology in this course designed for the simulation novice. This course has been completed. Our next beginning course will be in January--stay tuned for registration information.
July 12-13 The Simulation Spa Returns! Why go to boot camp when you can relax as you take your simulation skills to new heights! This is a course for instructors with basic simulation experience who want to take their simulation skills to the next level.

These courses are designed to complement the basic instructor courses without repeating content from other classes. Prerequisite: beginning and intermediate level simulation courses. The specialty courses are advanced courses taught in small groups (registration is limited to 10) to assure an immersive experience with specialized attention and active learning.

This will be a special meeting with focus on trauma and hospital based simulation. We will have the amazing TraumaMan simulator on display and run trauma and sepsis scenario demonstrations.
