To Schedule time at the RN SimCenter
First please view the Calendar
to check for availablility. It is possible to see the full calendar by clicking on the tab at the top of the page. Next submit a reservation request. The Center is open from
7am to 7pm Monday through Friday.
We have two areas that can be scheduled each day, depending on the size of the group. Please check with the Simulation Center if you would like to schedule a session at a time already on the calendar. Our simulation center has two areas that are fully equipped with both recording and playback capabilities.
Please completely fill
out the request form and include equipment needs, your scenario template and education plans for your students. There should be a designated simulation educator for each session. If no simulation educator is
We are happy to schedule our conference room for special events or meetings if the simulation center is not being used for simulation education. Please contact us for details on how to reserve space for your meetings.
The Simulation Technologist is only
available 28 hours per week.
