To Schedule time at the RN SimCenter
First please view the Calendar
to check for availablility. Next submit a reservation request. The Center is open from
7am to 7pm Monday through Friday.
At this time we cannot
accommodate reservations
that require more than 8 hours per day. We do book more than one event per day but the total hours should not exceed 8 hours.
Please completely fill
out the request form and include equipment needs, your scenario template and education plans for your students.
We are happy to schedule our conference room for special events or meetings if the simulation center is not being used for simulations. Please contact us for details on how to reserve space for your meetings.
The Simulation Technologist is only
available 28 hours per week.
