Pediatrics

Team Training is the center piece of Rural SimCenter training. Students and professionals practice skills and participate in a full range of patient cases working as teams and using simulation technology. Above you will see a Semester V nursing student training with Enloe Medical Center's Flight Crew.

The Rural Northern California Clinical Simulation Center Partnership is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art education using dynamic teaching tools.

Through the use of the Rural Simulation Center students experience risk-free, hands-on educational programs designed for teams of physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals.

The Rural SimCenter is a leader in the planning and implementation of Disaster Drill Scenarios.

Video Production

Thanks to the financial support, hard work and planning of the CSU Chico Information Technology Team the Rural SimCenter now has a video capture system that will allow for easier access to video for debriefing.

This team of IT professionals also upgraded all the computers and we now have a fully functioning computer lab. Check out the equipment pages for more details.

Meet the New Mannequin! We are able to offer simulation training using a wireless adult simulator with critical care features. The addition of the new mannequin will improve interdisciplinary training opportunities and will provide more opportunities for on-site training for our simulation partners.
