Staff. All images, documents and forms are designed
to be used by
the SimCenter
and their rural
partners. No
other use is permissable without the express written permission
of the SimCenter.
We make every attempt to keep equipment at the SimCenter
in working order,
however some
equipment may
not available
at some times
due to repair
or other maintenance
requirements.
Simulation equipment users may be held liable for damage
or loss that
results from
neglegance or
inappropriate
operation of
equipment.
Because the SimCenter is a clinical facility, we require users adhere to dress code policies appropriate to their institution. We assume no liability for users who do not wear proper protective clothing, shoes or equipment.
All participants at the SimCenter are expected to sign waivers of participation and consent for use of camera, audio and video-taped sessions for educational purposes. All users are notified of the possible use of cameras, audio-taping and video-taping.
Participation in simulation center courses or activities gives implied consent for use of this information. In addition all users are required to sign a conditions of participation VISITOR EXPECTATIONS form which provides detailed participation guidelines. Any use of video, camera or audio-recordings are for educational purposes or to promote the Rural SimCenter (such as brochures and other outreach materials).
