Basketball Tournament Rules as follows:

• You play at your own risk
•  NO drugs, alcohol, and gangs allowed
• Any members who engages in physical action will cause the whole team to be disqualified automatically 
• This is a 16 teams tournament only
• Maximum 13 members per team
• Must have own Jersey and Number on the back of the Jersey
• $75 Registration Fee per team
• A $25 late fee will be assed if Roster, Basketball Tournament Rules and Registration Fee are not received by the deadline
• Be on time
• NO REFUNDS

 By signing below you agree to the terms of the basketball tournament and will sign a Liability Release form at the tournament
