The objective of this organization shall be:
- To motivate academic achievement;
- To strengthen brotherhood among men;
- To encourage social interaction among people;
- To provide philanthropy for worthy causes;
- To motivate interaction among people of different ethnic heritage;
- To develop individual skills and independence in young men;
- To develop a sense of identity for Minority men on campus;
- To provide an insight into the Hmong culture for people of Non-Hmong decent;
- To develop each individual member to his fullest potential
