Thank you for contacting the Ombuds Office at Chico State. With the recent retirement of our Ombuds, the office is currently closed. A variety of resources continue to be available to support students, faculty, and staff, please see below for more information.
Sexual Harassment

Wellcat Counseling Center

Employee Assistance Program

Collective Bargaining
If you are a staff member in need of help with collective bargaining agreements or advice on grievances regarding management, complaints, contractual matters, or disciplinary issues, please seek through the office of Labor Relations, 530-898-4949. Learn more about the complaint process.
