Friday Night Concerts

Downtown Plaza
What could possibly be better than live, local music on a warm Friday evening? Listening to it for free, of course! For 34 years, Chico’s favorite summertime tradition has been Friday night concerts. Held at the City Plaza downtown, concerts run May 20 through September 9, and the bands range from swing to rock and from reggae to country.
