The Humanities Center Gallery is exhibiting mixed media by artist Weston Thomson in the show Luminescence July 17-August 31 in Trinity Hall.

Thomson graduated with a BFA in electronic multimedia art in 2003 from CSU, Chico, where he currently teaches electronic art part time. He also helps run the local Crux art space. His main emphasis is electronic multimedia, which includes sound, video, traditional media, and interactive components.

Thomson’s artwork and music can be found online.

The gallery is open in the summer M-Th, 8:00am - 4:30pm and F 8:00am - 11:00am.

On August 31, 5:00pm - 7:00pm, a reception with Thomson will be held jointly with artist Claire Jauregui, who is concurrently showing new works.
