Melissa Dalzell spent eight weeks during the summer of 2007 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Education Center (OLPHEC) in Kenya, home to more than 200 children and 20 staff. The center provides education, health care, and a home to the most needy children of Kenya. "This was a life-changing experience," said Dalzell, "and I was able to work with the children in various activities. Things are so different over there, it is hard to understand unless you actually experience it."
