FMS Staff Changes

To: Campus community
From: Dennis C. Graham, Interim Director of Facility Management & Services

I would like to share with all of you some significant changes to Facilities Management and Services.

Concluding 35 years of service this Friday, Henry Maas will be retiring as Manager of Design and Construction and Building Trades at FMS. I am pleased to announce the interim appointments of Lynda Miracle as the Manager of Design and Construction and Robert “Rob” Thacker as the Manager of Building Trades. Many of you know Lynda as the Project Manager for the Wildcat Activity Center. She brings over 22 years’ experience of construction and project planning to the campus. Over 24 years Rob has been involved with numerous major capital improvements as Inspector and as Construction Project Manager, many on the CSU, Chico campus. He has served on staff as Construction Project Manager and Building Inspector for the last six years. These individuals have committed to serving the campus in both the construction of two major buildings as well as overseeing significant portions of the campus’s operation and maintenance.

Please join me in congratulating Lynda and Rob as they take on new responsibilities and challenges and thank Henry for his dedicated service.
