Robyn DiFalco Receives the Paul Maslin Environmental Stewardship Award

The Paul Maslin Award was created in 2001 to honor Paul (now a professor emeritus in the Department of Biological Sciences) for his work with students along Big Chico Creek. Paul was the first recipient of the award as presented by the AS Environmental Affairs Council in 2001. This year’s recipient goes to Robyn DiFalco, AS Recycling and Sustainability Programs Coordinator.

She also oversees projects such as the Take Back the Tap Campaign, which promotes the elimination of bottled water, Recycle Week which offers recycling and composting workshops, shows environmental films, and lectures and presentations on various aspects of sustainable living. Therefore, it is with great honor that the Environmental Affairs Council recognizes Robyn DiFalco for the 2008 Paul Maslin Environmental Stewardship Award.
