Property Management's Tips of the Quarter

The new Student Services building is officially open and the move-in process has begun. The Property Management Office (PMO) will need to capture all property transfers and newly purchased items for the building. Upon completion of the move, we can provide you with an updated inventory list. We would like to make this a smooth transition and would appreciate your assistance and cooperation. Please contact Jason Smock at 6559 or Erika Eden at 5176 if you have any questions.

Do you take a campus laptop to off-campus business meetings, use your laptop to work from home, or remove other University equipment to perform work related tasks off campus? Be sure to submit your Off-Campus Use of State Property Form to the PMO.

For more information regarding the Property Management Office, please visit our Web site.

Student Records & Registration Move to SSC

Student Records & Registration will be moving from our present office in MLIB 180 to the new Student Services Center (SSC 220) on Wed., July 16, 2008.

We hope to be able to provide limited services at our customer service windows in SSC 220 beginning Wed., July 16 at 8am. However, if you can postpone your visit to our area until after noon, that will greatly assist in our relocation efforts.

Our main contact phone number will remain ext 5142 and individual staff phone numbers will remain the same as well. However, we expect that we will not have phone service the morning of Wed., July 16, so suggest you wait until the afternoon to contact our office staff or use e-mail if necessary. We will respond as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience during our move and transition.

Please address any questions or concerns to Jean Irving, Registrar, Student Records & Registration, x5142.
