"Sponsored" Daily Parking Permits - New Payment Option

Student Financial Services announces a new payment option for “Sponsored” Daily Parking Permits. Effective immediately, departments may purchase these permits through the use of an Authorization to Transfer Funds form, which is available on-line.

Departments may print out, complete and present this form at Student Financial Services to purchase “sponsored” parking permits (minimum 10). An accounting transaction will be generated to charge the departmental chartfield. It is no longer necessary to use petty cash, Procurement cards or Purchase Orders to purchase these permits.

Non-state entities, including auxiliaries, are still required to utilize petty cash or purchase orders.

If your department plans to purchase in excess of 50 daily parking permits at one time, a one-week advance notification would be appreciated, to ensure availability.
