Blood Drive, July 8

Noon - 3pm

BloodSource Bloodmobiles will be located near Glenn & Siskiyou Halls. Pint for a Pint of Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream. Visit any mobile blood drive July 1 through September 3 and be automatically entered into a weekly drawing for a $250 fuel gift card. Eat and drink plenty of fluids and bring ID. Hosted by Staff Council.

Revised Summer Hours for Technology & Learning Program

The Technology and Learning Program, known to many as “TLP” is cutting back some hours this summer due to the budget situation. We will be open Monday through Thursday from 9am until 3pm.

Please keep this in mind if you check out any equipment, or plan to come down for a working session on one of our lab computers.

Flower and Vegetable Sales on Campus Today

Fresh organic vegetable sales are back on campus on Wednesdays from 11am to 2pm in front of the Student Services Center. This week’s items are: onions, chives, garlic, red cabbage, basil, gladiolas and zinnias. Sales at the University Farm are still on Fridays, 9am to 3pm, by the vegetable garden and greenhouse. If you need directions to the Farm, please call x6343.

CSU, Chico Employees in Need of Donated Leave Credits

The following employees are in need of donated leave credits:

• JIM FAIRCHILD (Staff, Mail Services)
• TODD GRUBERT (Staff, Facilities Management and Services)
• SUE PETERSON (Faculty, Communication Arts and Sciences) Employee is using Family Care catastrophic leave: only vacation credits may be donated.
• MARY SOUZA (Staff, Athletics)

Any CSU, Chico employee who accrues sick leave or vacation leave credits may donate leave credits to other eligible employees on the CSU, Chico campus, regardless of bargaining unit affiliation. Associated Student employees and CSU, Chico University Research Foundation employees are not eligible to donate leave credits to CSU, Chico employees.

If you wish to donate leave credits, you will need to sign the catastrophic leave donation list - which is maintained at the Payroll/Benefits Customer Service Counter (Kendall 222).

Because your signature is required, your donations cannot be accepted over the phone or via e-mail.

Per Catastrophic Leave Program guidelines, only the Disability Programs Office or a union representative may solicit for Catastrophic Leave donations; solicitation by any other party is prohibited.
