Selvester's Cafe Roof Replacement Project

Fencing is being installed around the perimeter of the Café for this project. There will be two entrance safety tunnels constructed at the south and east entrances of the building. A third tunnel may be constructed at the Coffee House entrance if needed prior to the start of the semester.

Since a cold-applied roofing product is being used there should not be any strong odors. Also, no hazardous materials are present. The project is expected to be completed in late September.

Please feel free to call the Karen Gilmet at extension 3885 or the Facilities Management Design Section at extension 6224 for more information.
