General Parking Permit Sales for Fall 2009
Fall 2009 general parking permits (for both students and faculty/staff) will go on sale beginning Wed., Aug. 19, 2009 at 8am and continue until 12pm in the BMU Auditorium. They are sold on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone. The cost for a general vehicle permit is $84 for students and $72 for faculty/staff. Motorcycle decals will also be sold, $18 for faculty/staff and $19 for students.
There will be a separate entrance into the Auditorium for those wanting to sign up for a Faculty/Staff (F/S) permit. F/S permits are paid for only through payroll withholding. Forms for state employees will be available at the auditorium. Employees of the Foundation and Associated Students will need to bring with them an approved payroll withholding form completed and issued by their Human Resources departments.
Holders of existing F/S and Reserved parking permits do not need to come to the Auditorium as those permits will continue in force without any intervention until surrendered. Those who wish to surrender their existing permits and discontinue their withholding arrangements may do so at Cashiering, Student Services Center (SSC), Room 230.
Beginning Thurs., Aug. 20, all parking decals can be purchased at the Cashiering Office, SSC 230. Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
