Meriam Library and Student Computing Lab Hours
The Meriam Library, including the student computing lab in MLIB 116, will be closed on all state budget closure days and on all staff and 12-month faculty campus closure days. Please review the furlough calendar for specific closure dates.
Meriam Library hours can be found at the Web site.
Additionally, the student computing lab in the Meriam Library will no longer be open 24 hours. Please visit the Web site for current lab hours.

Academic Calendars with Furlough Dates from University Printing Services
Academic Calendars with Furlough Dates are now available from University Printing Services in the following sizes:
Small - 8.5 × 11 - $1.00 each
Medium - 12 × 18 - $2.00 each
The calendars can be purchased using a Printing Services CAF, cash or check. (Please be reminded there is a $3.00 minimum per transaction.)

Pick Up & Delivery Schedule - University Printing Services
For your convenience, University Printing Services offers twice daily Pick Up & Delivery Service to anywhere on campus and to 25 & 35 Main Street. This free service is offered in the morning between 8:30am and 11:30am, and in the afternoon between 1pm and 4pm.
If your office is not currently on the Pick-Up & Delivery Schedule and would like to be, please contact Customer Service at x5992.

State Travel Direct Deposit Program
State Travel Accounting is offering Direct Deposit for travel reimbursements to CSU, Chico travelers. This program is available to all state-funded travel processed through the State Travel Accounting office. Individuals wishing to enroll in the Direct Deposit Program must complete a Travel Accounting Direct Deposit Enrollment Authorization Form available online under forms, or at the Travel Accounting Office, Kendall Hall, Room 210. Carefully read the direct deposit information before deciding to enroll. If you have any questions please contact Pat Heath at extension 5766.

Defensive Driver Training - Sept. 1
The CSU Vehicle Use Policy requires that State employees (including student employees) complete Defensive Driver Training every four years in order to drive a State, rental, or privately-owned vehicle on State business. In an effort to meet the needs of the Campus, the Vehicle Reservations Office is offering Defensive Driver Training each week.
Employees can confirm the date of their last training by inquiring at vehicles@csuchico.edu. Responses will typically be by return e-mail on the next business day.
Please have your California Driver License number and expiration date, and CSU, Chico employee/student ID number available at the time of the class.
Location and time varies by session. To view the availability of sessions, location, and to register, log into the Web Based Training (WBT) system and click on the Course Catalog menu—the workshops are posted under the EH&S tab. If you need assistance logging into the WBT system, please contact EH&S at ehstrainer@csuchico.edu.
