Social work practice with Asian immigrant children and families, value based community work practice, and helping process of communicative multiple meaning generation with multicultural clients. Several research studies have been done with a Program Evaluation on “Local Interagency Network for Children and Families Services (LINCS) program in Shasta County, CA” and Practice Evaluation (a case study) on “Helping Korean immigrant families to resolve child abuse problem.” The latter case study is published as a book, “Beyond multiculturalism in social work practice.”
