Chico Distance Carnival: Talented runners from different schools will compete in distance races.

The Great Chico Debate
Students from CSU, Chico and Butte College and faculty, staff, and community members take part in this large-scale event (there are approximately 2,000 participants total). The Great Chico Debate takes place in Chico's City Council Chambers, the City Plaza, and other city buildings; it is a partnership program between the University and the city. A large Civic Expo fair with interactive booths is part of this event, and attendees can hear speeches, debates and panel presentations as well as participate in discussion groups. Burial of 125th Anniversary Time Capsule
Items were contributed throughout the University’s 125th Anniversary for a special time capsule. The Lemcke Camellia Garden is located on the north side of Chico Creek near Holt Hall.
