The Arts & Humanities Building - Taylor II Replacement Building

Arts and Humanities Building

The Arts and Humanities Building, when complete, will be a state of the art teaching and learning space, which includes space for galleries, music, theatre, dance, recording arts, and informal collaboration. The existing Taylor Hall and modular buildings Yuba II were removed to make way for this exciting new building. This new facility will be approximately 61,000 assignable square feet. This location is an important one as it is a cornerstone and gateway of the campus, as well as it borders the City and downtown businesses.

  • Estimated Total Project Budget: $58,384,000
  • Construction Start Date: November 2013
  • Construction End Date: Spring 2016
