Welcome to the CSU, Chico Planning, Design & Construction Web site. Similar to the campus, our Web site is growing and changing. You will see many new items on our Web pages; please explore the information on new campus buildings and exciting future plans.
To provide planning and development of Capital Outlay projects, satisfying state and system level guidelines, campus needs, and local funding requirements. This includes acting as a liaison between campus, Chancellor's Office, and all outside entities participating to implement these projects.
Holt Hall East and West Building Entrances
Welcome back to your Fall Semester!!!
If you are in or around Holt Hall, you will notice that access to the west and east building entrances has changed. This is a temporary situation due to construction underway at the Warrens Center (west entry) and the Physical Science Bridge (east entry).
Central Plant Modifications Project - Power Shutdown August 12th from 5 a.m. to Noon
In support of the Boiler Chiller expansion project now under construction, a 12kV electrical shutdown is needed on August 12th from 5 a.m. to noon. This power outage will only affect the following facilities: Acker Gymnasium, Yolo Hall, University Stadium, Nettleton Stadium and Soccer field lights.

ALBERT E. WARRENS CENTER RENOVATION PROJECT UPDATE
As previously announced, the Warrens Center will undergo a ‘refresh’ to bring back the building’s historic character and enhance it for event use.
The Physical Science Bridge Replacement Project
The Physical Science Bridge Replacement Project will start construction on May 23, 2016 continuing through September.
