Induction into Phi
Eta Sigma is an outward recognition of personal accomplishment
and serves as an incentive for continued hard work
and dedication. It provides members with the opportunity
to meet other Chico State scholars and to join them
in promoting leadership, community service, and academic
excellence.
Membership in Phi Eta Sigma identifies its members
to employers, schools, CSUC departments, and faculty
members as persons of superior academic ability and
performance. It offers scholarship opportunities and
interaction with other members across the nation.
Life-time membership is conferred upon induction,
and maintaining the grade-point average is not required.
