Students may participate in on-campus
interviews the semester they are graduating (completing the coursework of their program) and / or
the semester immediately following. Graduating refers to completion of coursework at both
bachelor’s and master’s level. Exception: Accounting students may interview
in the fall if they are graduating the next spring.
Students may participate in on-campus
interviews for a total of 2 semesters at the completion of each degree: 2 semesters at the
bachelor’s level and 2 semesters at the master’s level.
Students will lose their eligibility to
participate in the on-campus recruiting program for failure to comply with our cancellation /
no-show policy.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy.
Students who miss an interview without canceling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time,
will be penalized in the following manner:
· 1st Infraction – Inactivated from system for
one week. · 2nd Infraction – Inactivated from system for
additional two weeks. · 3rd Infraction – Inactivated from system
indefinitely.
Students who have graduated, but no longer live
in the local Chico area, may participate in on-campus interviews if they meet the eligibility
criteria. However, historically, distance has been a factor in poor interview attendance, so
less than 100% attendance at scheduled interviews will result in termination of this privilege.
