Insight Tool-Track Portable Computing Devices
A tool has been created through Insight Reporting to help your department better track your portable computing devices such as iPads, laptops, and tablets.
These devices are, a lot of times, taken or kept off campus. This tool may assist you with employee separation or simply keeping track of your departments portable computers.
To access this tool, you can go to Insight Reporting.
Once at the home page go to Property Management > Portable Computing Devices Assigned to Employee
You can then look up assets by custodian or by manager. If you do not have access to Insight Reporting, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your department has changes to the data, please fill out the appropriate forms which can be located at Property Management’s website and mail to zip 910.
