RELEVANT LEGAL EXPERIENCE
County Jail Law Program I am the Attorney /Faculty supervisor for this
internship program that provides legal assistance to persons incarcerated
in the Butte County Jail. 1986-present
Environmental Advocates Law Program Attorney/Faculty supervisor for
this internship program that assists the community in developing solutions
to environmental problems.
Presently, Paul T. Persons is counsel in numerous class suits involving
civil rights violations. He has served as counsel on numerous cases published
by the California Supreme Court, California Court of Appeals and U.S Court
of Appeals.
