Professor Jackson has taught at Chico State since 1970. His teaching and research interests are in the field of international relations. He holds a PhD from the University Oregon. Professor Jackson has extensive experience in international education projects. He has managed federally funded training projects for professionals from Central and South America, Africa, the newly independent states of the former Soviet Union, and elsewhere. Each year, Professor Jackson edits a book of readings, Annual Editions: Global Issues.
