Admissions Checklist
Thank you for your interest in our program.
The following checklist will help you organize your application materials. Click on the links below to get a copy of the Graduate Application for Admissions and to view the deadline dates for application materials.
Submit all of the following items to the School of Graduate,
International, and Interdisciplinary Studies:
1. Graduate Application for Admissions.
2. Check for $55.
3. Three official transcripts from all accredited post-secondary institutions attended (Junior Colleges
and Universities).
4. Two letters of recommendation. A statement of purpose which addresses your reason for applying and your professional goals.
