Professor Teddy DeLorenzo was awarded the Outstanding Faculty Service Award for the 2012—2013 academic year. This award recognizes achieve-ments of a faculty member in serving the campus and com-munity. This is one of five campus wide awards made by the Faculty Recognition and Support committee. De-Lorenzo’s commitment to ser-vice is best reflected in her tireless contribution to the Community Legal Information Center (CLIC), although that is hardly all she does. She began teaching at CSU, Chico in 1984 and assumed responsibil-ity at CLIC as a new faculty member. As the legal studies internship coordinator and the directing attorney of CLIC, she has been the force behind the success of the Center. CLIC is staffed by up to 125 undergraduate stu-dents each semester and is perhaps the most extensive, undergraduate legal clinic in the nation. The community outreach and service hours from CLIC average 23,000 a year, with an annual client base of 12,000

Among her other contribu-tions are serving as an academic senator, on the Associated Students board of directors (1999—present), in department search and personnel committees, in college personnel committees, as a participant in Chico Preview Day and Constitution Day, as a faculty advisor to the Prelaw Society, and as moot court judge, to name a few.

DeLorenzo has recently been named interim associate dean for the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences.

Congratulations, Teddy!
