Amanda Leonis

Amanda is studying Business Administration with an option in Marketing, earning a minor in Managing for Sustainability. She is originally from San Jose, California. This is her fifth year at Chico State. She decided to apply for this position because of her experiences being Director and Core Consultant in SCOOP (Sustainable Consultations of Office Practices) where she gets the opportunity to audit offices and departments on campus in order to implement sustainable recommendations and retrofits. She is passionate about this field and enjoys the outdoors, being with her friends and family, and listening to music. Her current project with PowerSave Green Campus is the distribution of iPANS around campus, which are power strips with an attached motion detector.
