Subject: Approval of Minor Change to the Option in Food and Nutrition Communication within the BS in Nutrition and Food Sciences
Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the Option in Food and Nutrition Communication. The required number of externship units will be reduced from 3 to 2, and NFSC 365 will replace NFSC 460 as a required course. The total number of units for the option will be reduced to 29-30. This change will be effective Fall 2012.
