Subject: Approval of a Minor Change to the Minor in Public Administration
Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the Minor in Public Administration. This change reduces the number of required courses from 5 to 4 by moving POLS 402 from the required list of courses to the list of elective courses. Previously the elective section of the program consisted of the student selecting 6 units from any courses from the Public Administration major program. Now the student will select 3 courses from a list of approved courses. The number of units for the minor will not change. This change will be effective Fall 2013.
